Helping college and graduate students in Twin Cities manage anxiety, stress, and life transitions

I work with college students, graduate students, and young adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to manage the pressures of school, relationships, and life transitions. Many clients come in feeling stuck, stressed, or low, even when things seem “fine” on the outside. My approach is practical and supportive, with a focus on helping you gain clarity and feel more grounded. Together, we explore what’s contributing to how you’re feeling, build more effective ways to cope, and work toward changes that feel realistic and manageable. I aim to create a space where you can talk openly without feeling judged, while also helping you move forward with a greater sense of confidence and balance.
