I provide a supportive space where you can be fully yourself and take steps toward healing, growth, and holistic wellbeing.

I’m passionate about providing supportive and thoughtful counseling that helps you grow in ways that truly matter to you. I believe everyone’s path to healing is different, and I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you can be fully yourself. Whether you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, weighed down by past trauma, or struggling with self-esteem, you don’t have to face it alone. My hope is to support you in cultivating clarity and confidence, so you can move toward a more balanced, connected, and authentic life. I enjoy working with teens and adults who are navigating challenges like anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, OCD, self-esteem, and depression. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, and I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Person-Centered Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I'm also trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy for treating trauma and other distressing experiences. It’s an honor to support clients as they move toward healing, growth, and greater wellbeing. If you feel that my counseling services would be a good fit for you, I’d love to connect. Email or click the website link today to schedule an initial appointment!
