Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, numb, or distracted? Hey, it’s ok. We all feel this way sometimes and I can help you get to a better place.

Life can be challenging and it is easy to focus on difficulties instead of your strengths and capabilities. I love to help people apply their strengths to heal, grow, and conquer life's challenges. For 24 years in the counseling field, I have specialized in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, grief, and emotional regulation with a body mind spirit and heart approach. Creating healthy ways to cope, respectful ways to communicate needs and expectations, and increase cohesion and connection in relationships is another area of my experience. It is an honor to provide a safe place for you to grow and heal personally, spiritually, relationally, and professionally! I am an ordained minister, and a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor in Oklahoma with an undergrad in Psychology and Communication, and a Master's in Human Relations Counseling. When not at work, I am backpacking, hiking, kayaking or travelling with my children and grandchildren.
