My primary approach to counseling is an integration of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. We can tailor the approach based on what is appropriate and beneficial to you. I have been practicing for over 15 years in a variety of treatment settings including outpatient private practice therapy and at UW Medical Center.
