Psychotherapist
I believe that at the root of successful therapy is a meaningful relationship between therapist and client.
Life often has challenges, transitions and unpredictable events that can leave us struggling or feeling overwhelmed. During these times, it can be challenging to know where to turn. I realize the courage and vulnerability it can take to turn towards therapy. You being here already shows your strength and resilience. I believe that at the root of successful therapy is a meaningful relationship between therapist and client. When walking into therapy, it is my goal to create a non-judgmental space where you feel welcome, validated, and supported. You are the expert of your own life and story, and I look forward to collaborating together, with you, and your family on your journey to wellness both individually and within your relationships. I have had the privilege to earn an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University and am currently enrolled at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota working towards my Marriage and Family Therapy degree under supervision. I look forward to meeting you and it would be an honor to walk with you on your journey!
