My primary goal is to facilitate a compassionate and nonjudgemental relationship in which you feel safe to explore your most deeply held wants and needs. I enjoy working with college students and adults wanting to connect with a sense of who they are, and how to navigate and grow through times of pain and distress. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma-related disorders.
