Liv (she/they) has a person-centered approach to therapy, encouraging individuals to actively collaborate in their healing journey. They believe everyone is doing their best and strives to create a warm, non-judgmental space where humor and compassion can create meaningful connections. Liv is passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and draws from both clinical knowledge and personal experience to provide gender-affirming mental health care. They also help individuals navigate body image concerns with empathy and understanding. When she’s not working, you can find Liv at the movie theater, reading a book, cooking, or spending time with her black cat, Finnegan.
