As a licensed therapist, I see my role as one in which I assist clients in creating an emotional, physical and spiritual balance in their lives.

Congratulations on embarking on another step in your healing journey. Getting started in therapy is brave! My therapeutic style is one that takes a holistic approach, taking into account each person's values, culture, identity, strengths, and life experiences. I am particularly skilled in working with trauma, survivors of child abuse, depression/anxiety, grief, postpartum mood d/o, and pregnancy/infant loss. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to make real and lasting change for themselves. I have been a therapist for 20 plus years, am a LCSW and hold a doctorate degree in Social Work. I am trained in EMDR and Trauma Informed Yoga. Additionally, I have certification as a Bereavement, Pregnancy and Infant Loss Therapist. My clients can expect to develop new skills and insights to gain control over their behaviors, thus becoming empowered to new possibilities in their lives. Join with me, or one of my associates in my group practice, in creating a life of gratitude, stability, and joy. We look forward to seeing you in at one of our 4 locations- Upland, Victorville, LA, Running Springs, or if you prefer, Virtual Appointments are always an option too!
