Supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges

Many clients come to me overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, life transitions, or challenges such as difficult family dynamics, career stress, or the lasting impact of trauma. I work with adults to process complex emotions, deepen self-understanding, and move toward the life they want to live. My style is collaborative, warm, and grounded in the belief that each client is the expert of their own story. I often draw from evidence-based tools, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness practices. These approaches can support emotional regulation, foster self-compassion, and enhance your relationships with yourself and others. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in media, which gives me a unique perspective in supporting professionals navigating corporate culture, burnout, and career changes. I also bring clinical experience with teens, older adults, and individuals recovering from eating disorders or the effects of parentification. Outside of sessions, I find restoration through movement, time with loved ones (including my cats), and indulging in reality TV. If you're curious about getting started, I'm here to meet you where you are.
