I love helping folks uncover their strengths. Regardless of where a person is on their healing journey, we partner together towards new growth.

"Joy is an act of resistance." - Toni Derricote I love helping folks uncover their “hidden” strengths, which are never hard to find! It is my honor to work with someone to reframe their thoughts to find the silver linings in any cloud. Regardless of where a person is on their healing journey, we partner together towards new growth. It delights to take this approach with adults, teens, and infants–yes, even babies have strengths! I am a values-driven therapist: I celebrate all of a person’s identities, advocate for them when they desire that support, and respect the client’s wisdom as the authority of their own life. My duty is to be anti-racist, identity-affirming, and respectful of each person regardless of their background. I am most knowledgeable about processing trauma, supporting Spanish-speaking individuals, parent education and skill development, LGBTQIA+-specific mental health needs, gender-specific concerns for ciswomen, and strategizing around ADHD symptoms. The most exciting techniques I use are body-based movement like stretching or dancing, creative writing and expressive journaling, rediscovering joyful activities, explaining how the nervous system impacts
