Creative Path Therapy supports youth, teens, couples, families, and individuals who struggle with the aftermath of trauma with creativity.

I am honored to sit with you and walk alongside you. Healing is unique for each person because each story has unique layers. There are pieces of healing that are the same no matter what path you take - there will be challenges, you will have to face the pain and feel it, there is so much to grieve, and you will get to the other side to find something new and powerful about your true self. Creative and engaging therapies (art therapy, EMDR, Sensorimotor/somatic, Eco-therapy) offer space to express and explore parts of ourselves that hold so much deep meaning about our internal world, and that is why I love this work.
