I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, be heard, and explore what’s beneath the surface.

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others? I help individuals and couples gain insight into the unconscious patterns that shape their emotional life. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which means we’ll look not just at symptoms but at the deeper roots—often in early experiences and relationships—that may be influencing your current struggles. In our work together, I will offer an attuned, consistent presence where you can speak freely, without judgment. Over time, this can help reduce feelings of depression and anxiety, improve your relationships, and foster a stronger, more integrated sense of self. I strive to create a warm, inviting space where laughter and humor can coexist with exploration as a part of the healing and growth process. My goal is to help you make sense of difficult experiences, uncover your strengths, and create more room for freedom, connection, and emotional well-being
