Nikki Moorman
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I offer a warm and non-judgmental environment so my clients will feel comfortable to explore emotions, concerns, and other issues impacting their lives.
Together we can identify past trauma(s), make connections between past and present, and identify relevant patterns. This process will allow you to understand anxious and/or traumatic responses and do the work to allow those parts of you to heal. I specialize in trauma/complex trauma, anxiety/stress, chronic pain, and depression. I often utilize CBT, DBT, somatic, and frequency therapy (PEMF, RIFE, etc.). My goal is to help you grow, become your personal best, and to help you heal from challenging and difficult experiences-both past and present. It is important to know that you are never alone. I was an educator for over 15 years, and I approach therapy and counseling much as I would approach education: there is no one-size-fits-all approach. In the first few sessions, my goal is to get to know your interests, concerns, and background to help me tailor the best therapeutic approaches for your individual needs, strengths, and situation. I offer a warm and non-judgmental environment so my clients will feel comfortable to explore emotions, concerns, and other issues impacting their lives and well-being. If you are here, you are taking a step in the right direction, and there is hope!
