As a lifelong learner, I utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to offer clients, with the goal of meeting you where you are. Therapy is a place to feel seen, heard, and cared for, as well as an opportunity to grow and learn in safety. I have a master’s degree in art therapy, am a clinical social worker licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, and a clinical addictions counselor. I am a level 2 AEDP therapist, I am trained in both Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to address trauma as well as a certified clinical specialist in diagnosing ADHD. I have worked with a variety of populations in different settings and am open to new adult clients.
