I currently have openings for new clients! I work people navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions.

Hi, I'm Nicole, and I'm currently accepting new clients at Wild Roots Healing Collective! I provide a warm, compassionate space for individuals navigating trauma (including complex, childhood, and vicarious trauma), generalized and social anxiety, burnout and work-related stress, and grief and loss. I also support people through difficult life transitions, such as starting college or making a career change. I approach therapy through a humanistic, attachment-oriented lens, helping clients explore experiences that have shaped how they relate to themselves and others, as well as patterns that may leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. I honor each client’s lived experience, values, culture, and beliefs, collaborating with them to tailor therapy to their individual needs. I draw from a variety of modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), psychodynamic approaches, inner parts work, Solution-Focused Therapy, and cognitive behavioral approaches. I also weave in self-compassion, somatic awareness, and expressive and experiential activities, creating space to slow down and tune into inner experiences. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade working in the community to help people connect with shelter, housing, community resources and to navigate all types of safety and crisis situations. This previous experiences helps shape my trauma-informed approach to therapy. I welcome you to send me an email to set up an initial appointment! I look forward to hearing from you.
