I always try to provide a safe space to heal, grow, and feel more like yourself. I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges.
I am looking forward to walking along side you on your journey of healing. To best support my clients, I create a safe, compassionate space using evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we work to reintegrate the past with the present, making trauma a time stamped, manageable part of life. However, I am also a human with interests and hobbies, too! At the core of therapy is connection building. So here are some things you should probably know about me: I love cats! I have two. I think reading is cool. I am a big college football and NFL fan, however, I can also enjoy a really good anime and some emo music. Please always feel free to talk to me about what makes you you! (Ps. you are always invited to share your fur babies on screen!)
