I use a collaborative approach with patients to identify and utilize the appropriate intervention to meet your goals.

I am a health/rehabilitation psychologist with special clinical focus in adjustment to disability, chronic illness, chronic pain, and depression/anxiety. I utilize a collaborative approach with patients to select appropriate evidence-based treatment to meet your goals. I am experienced in CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing and problem-solving therapies. I have experience working with individuals of diverse backgrounds in inpatient, outpatient, community and VA health settings. I also enjoy working with individuals on concerns related to stress management, anxiety, practicing mindfulness, and assertive communication.
