Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2007. I enjoy working with college students and have worked in the Harrisonburg area since 2005.
I have been working as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2007. I have worked as a crisis counselor at a local Community Services Board and also at Sentara RMH. I have several years of experience working with clients not only in the individual counseling relationship but also in groups. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Perspective as well as a Interpersonal and Humanistic perspective. I believe all people have the skills, abilities and insights inside them to live the best life they can. Sometimes we all just need a little outside help. I will work with clients to find the strengths within them to lead a healthy and productive life. I enjoy working with young adults as they find their identity and independence.
