(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
LPC offering in-person and virtual support for college students navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions with a warm, practical approach.
Hi, I’m Nicole Carrita, LPC. I help college students manage anxiety, stress, and life transitions using a calm, practical, and neurodiversity-affirming approach. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and grounded in real tools you can use right away. My practice is unique in that I blend evidence-based skills with a compassionate, down-to-earth style—and yes, sometimes even the comfort of my therapy dog. You deserve a space where you can be fully understood, and I’m here to help you get there.
