I love working with individual adults to help them feel better, heal from past trauma and experience a more peaceful, fulfilled version of themselves.

I use an attachment based model called a.e.d.p. to work with my clients. I focus on establishing safety and trust, and then working on understanding our parts that make up inner world, organizing and feeling many of the emotions we tend to avoid. I also can incorporate ketamine assisted therapy to treat anxiety, depression and trauma. I look forward to being a part of your journey of healing and growth.
