Hi, I’m Nav! I’m a therapist who helps individuals and couples navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration with compassion and curiosity. My approach is collaborative and culturally attuned — I integrate evidence-based practices like DBT, CBT, EFT, ERP and mindfulness with a focus on understanding your story and lived experience. I especially enjoy working with college students and young adults of color who are balancing family expectations, personal goals, and self-discovery. In our work together, we’ll focus on both practical coping strategies and deeper emotional insight to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.
