I want you to know that I empathize deeply with your struggle with mental health, whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma and/or addiction. These symptoms can be an overwhelming and isolating experience. I believe that you can take control of your life, in the present and focus on the future, to bear unavoidable suffering and inescapable uncertainty that may affect you now. It is in these darkest moments, with the right attitude, there is potential for meaning and purpose to emerge. I have over a decade of experience in the field.
