Hi there! I work with pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and families of diverse backgrounds in both English and Spanish. Some of my areas of specialization include personality "disorders," attachment and relationship problems, parenting, and working with neurodivergent and transgender youth and their families. The therapeutic relationship is a catalyst for healing and growth. I focus on building trusting connections via empathy, warmth, humor, and honesty. Sessions with me are collaborative and respectful; together, we will develop a unique direction and pace of treatment to best suit your needs.
