Natasha Lambert

Establishing a safe space for her clients is the central purpose of Natasha Lambert’s therapeutic work, as she assists individuals in their journeys toward healing and personal growth. A Licensed Social Worker in Illinois, she has been in clinical practice since 2016. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and earned a Master of Social Work with a specialized focus on mental health from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Natasha is deeply committed to providing supportive environments for African American women, recognizing that such spaces are often limited. Her clinical philosophy is centered on meeting clients exactly where they are, honoring the unique nature of each person's path. Her practice is informed by therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Outside of her professional life, Natasha finds balance through traveling, reading across various genres, watching movies, and exploring new culinary experiences with friends.
