I strive to help clients build upon their current strengths while gaining tools to be successful in all areas of life through personalized goals.

I am passionate about working with young adult clients and especially clients in college. When working with teens and adults, I love utilizing art therapy and I use evidenced based art therapy activities in addition to evidenced based therapeutic models (CBT, DBT, etc.). I specialize in helping client's with anything from transitional periods to clinical mental health problems. Are you looking for a professional to help you through a tough period in life? I would love to help! I strive to help clients build upon their current strengths while gaining tools to be successful in all areas of life through personalized goals. I utilize evidenced-based therapy while stemming from an eclectic person-centered approach to meet the client's specific goals and needs. My passion is walking alongside clients during the highs and lows of life and everywhere in between. It is my honor to be a part of your journey and to help get you on a path that is healthy and satisfying in all areas of life.
