A non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere helps create a safe environment for individuals and couples with diverse backgrounds and identities.
Welcome. Over 35 years of experience with a broad range of clients provides me with a helpful perspective about the challenges we all experience and the development of strengths that help us thrive in our lives. Learning emotional regulation, communication, coping and problem solving skills are often an important focus. Together we explore present circumstances and ways the past may have created obstacles to moving forward.
