Prioritizing transparency and flexibility, my clinical approach is deeply informed by a prior career in art activism and a commitment to providing spaces that foster decolonization. I believe that while sharing stories is vital, therapy is most effective as a hands-on process; therefore, I aim to conclude our sessions with a tangible tool or actionable goal. With more than a decade of experience, I specialize in treating various types of trauma, specifically focusing on generational trauma. My practice is also shaped by my personal lived experience with chronic mental and physical health issues, ensuring that I am actively engaging with the same tools and strategies I share with my clients to support their healing and growth.
