Whether you want to come to therapy to gain further insight, resolve issues, &/or just have someone to support you during your time of need - reach out!
Hey girl! I am looking forward to creating a space with you where you feel free to express yourself in all forms. As a therapist, I acknowledge that we are messy. Life is messy, we are messy, and this is your space to work through those messy things as you see fit. I am committed to working with the adult population in regard to a wide range of issues. I have a specific interest in supporting queer individuals and couples. I also work to support clients through issues like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, and societal pressure/judgement. I utilize a person centered approach that allows my clients to be the experts of their lived experiences while also incorporating elements of CBT and motivational interviewing to support clients in reaching their goals.
