Nadia Chavez
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I have a collaborative approach that supports growth and helps patients achieve their goals.
Nadia begins her work with patients by focusing on their immediate needs and the reasons that brought them to treatment. She has a collaborative, mixed-method approach that uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care, which she finds crucial for supporting growth and helping patients achieve their goals. Nadia’s interest in mental health started in high school. As she experienced different life transitions, she came to appreciate the importance of having a support network to confide in – especially when family and friends may not fully understand. Nadia finds joy and balance outside work through her dogs and plants, which keep her cheerful and upbeat.
