I honor each client’s unique journey -- offering a safe, supportive space where you're seen, heard, and met exactly where you are, with what you need.

As a therapist, I understand how overwhelming life can feel when you’re carrying the weight of stress, uncertainty, and emotional pain. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard, and I am passionate about creating a space where individuals can explore their stories with compassion and authenticity. My goal is to walk beside you as you rediscover your resilience and grow into the version of yourself that feels most whole. With training in EMDR, somatic practices, play therapy, and expressive arts, I bring experience working with individuals of all ages navigating high stress, PTSD, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, relationship issues, and identity concerns. My approach is grounded in honoring each person’s lived experience. I see clients as the experts of their own lives and aim to meet them where they are emotionally, culturally, and personally. I value the power of genuine connection and believe that healing happens at your pace, on your terms. Whether you’re a child, teen, adult, or family, therapy can be a courageous first step. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and care, help cultivate your inner resilience, and uncover the strengths that already exist within you. Through a person-first lens and creative, evidence-based approaches, my hope is to help you move toward greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding in a way that feels meaningful and true to who you are.
