I bring to the table a fresh perspective on mental health, and strive to reduce the stigma while promoting open conversations.
My approach to mental health is rooted in the belief that a person's well-being is a dynamic interplay of physical, emotional, and spiritual factors. I recognize that mental health is intrinsically linked to physical wellbeing, relationships, and personal beliefs. This holistic perspective guides my practice, allowing me to tailor treatments that resonate with each individual's unique needs and experiences. I firmly believe that mental health care should be a collaborative effort, where patients actively participate in their treatment plans. By working together, we can explore various modalities, including therapy, medication management, lifestyle changes, and alternative approaches, to promote emotional well-being and personal growth. My goal is to empower individuals to take control of their mental health while helping guide them towards a path of healing and resilience. I graduated from NAU PA Program and am currently Nationally Board Certified. I bring to the table a fresh perspective on mental health and strive to reduce the stigma while promoting open conversations. Together, we can embark on a path toward mental and emotional wellness, enhancing overall quality of life
