LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist specializing in trauma and anxiety disorders.

As a licensed therapist with training in EMDR therapy, I devote my time to working with clients to overcome past trauma. I hold a Master's and PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling as well as a 500hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification. My work with clients is informed by these various trainings as well as my own meditation and movement practices. I specialize in helping clients navigate and move through past traumatic experiences using EMDR. While the range of my clients’ experiences vary widely, many of my clients have experienced childhood abuse or neglect, sexual assault, home break-ins, car accidents, partner abuse, or religious trauma. My practice is LGBTQ friendly and affirming. The best way to contact me initially is via email or through my website. I look forward to hearing from you!
