You are the expert in your life, and I am here to listen, inquire, and sit with you as you embark on cultivating a deeper sense of identity and belonging.

Prior to becoming a social worker, I was a client of therapy for many years. Because of this, I understand how nerve-wracking, and maybe even vulnerable, it can feel to begin this work. My priority as a therapist is to show you what therapy can and should be: safe, open-minded, curious, and non-judgmental, client-driven, and fun! My aim is to help you feel comfortable within the discomfort true vulnerability can so often bring. The root of my work lies in a fierce passion for discovering the value and depth of joy–no matter what you are bringing to the table. This work is for you, and I am with you! As a clinical social worker, I tend to see things through a Systems Theory lens– I believe that individuals are directly tied to and affected by their environment around them. Essentially, I view life circumstances as individual pieces to a puzzle that can be put together to provide a clearer understanding of someone’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
