I am dedicated to helping clients cultivate and develop tools for personal growth and continued success.

I have over 15 years of combined experience in the areas of Behavior Management, Mental Health Counseling, Residential Treatment, Multi-Systemic Treatment, Social Work, LGBTQ+, Multi-Cultural Issues and Consultation/Supervision. I currently work with adults, individuals, couples, and families. I have made my services available for busy adults and families by offering evening and weekend appointments. My practice focuses on increasing mental health awareness and normalizing services among typically underserved minority communities. Over 50% of my caseload identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community and over 75% are People of Color. As an African American woman and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I pride myself on the provision of multicultural and culturally sensitive services. I have noted an increase in the need for exploration of racial trauma and the negative stigma of mental health services as they relate to People of Color and other communities. Let's put an end to the negative stigma and work towards creating a healthier and successful future!
