I rely heavily on an integrated counseling approach encompassing several theories used to frame strategies to assist individuals in achieving the best versions of themselves. I utilize a client-centered method of directive communication, and motivational interviewing, in addition to Solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and systems theories. These are all well-established, researched, and respected therapies.
