I have practiced therapy for 10 years, as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I work with adults and adolescents (ages 14 and up) experiencing an array of issues, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, gender identity, emotion regulation, stress/anger management, trauma, assertiveness training, substance abuse and grief. I specialize in working with young adults who are transitioning to college.
