Monica Huynh

Through a clinical focus on young adults, adults, the BIPOC community, and first-generation immigrants, Monica Huynh provides compassionate therapeutic support for individuals navigating life’s complex balancing acts. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts with professional practice since 2022, she helps clients challenge dysfunctional narratives and move away from a reliance on external validation to build authentic self-worth. Her clinical work primarily addresses anxiety, depression, codependency, and self-esteem, with a particular emphasis on the profound impacts of cultural and generational norms. Utilizing an integrative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based perspectives, and stress management, Monica partners with her patients to foster a deeper understanding of their emotional experiences.
