I am an LCSW with over 26 years of experience and love developing relationships with people to help work through barriers such as anxiety, disordered eating, depression, ramifications from trauma and relationship breakdowns that get in the way from living most fully and authentically. I use EMDR, CBT and intensive mindfulness for self regulation but view the therapeutic relationship as the most important part of treatment.
