My passion is helping clients navigate difficult experiences, emotions, and transitions. Together we will move towards a hopeful, more positive future.

I am looking forward to meeting you and working with you. I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I approach treatment from a strengths perspective, use evidenced-based strategies, and will work with you to collaboratively set goals to meet your needs. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice. My passion is helping clients navigate difficult experiences, emotions, and transitions. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and approachable. Together we will move towards a hopeful, more positive and empowered future. I enjoy working with pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults. I also specialize in working with college-aged students and young adults, and women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. Many of my adult clients explore their family-of-origin challenges, current life stressors, and insights on self-esteem and self-identity. My specialty areas include grief/loss, anxiety, depression, serious illness, caregiving, and life transitions. I specialize in working with clients who are grieving the loss or death of a person in their life, infertility, mourning a symbolic loss, and those who are experiencing the serious or chronic illness themselves or caregiving of a loved one. I also enjoy working with parents who are working on themselves as a way to enrich their relationship with their child.
