As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I enjoy working within the family dynamic. My passion is helping families through transitions, relational issues, parenting and marital/couple conflict. I also work with clients on an individual basis who are struggling in their personal lives with problems such as anxiety and depression. My experience includes working with teenagers,young adults, adults and the wise. My approach to therapy is similar to a mirror- I am here to provide you with a reflection, not lead you in a direction. I believe that the answers already lie within, I am simply here to help you bring them out. I meet my clients where they are in the process and help them to move forward. In my style of therapy, I am very transparent, direct, empathetic, and encouraging.
