Milicia Tedder
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
Transitions and challenges are parts of life. We work in partnership to help you navigate them successfully. POC+LGBTQ affirming.
My role is to support you with recognizing how your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being work together so that you may overcome challenges and navigate transitions smoothly. To accomplish this process, I use cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, and spiritually integrated counseling techniques that consider your strengths, needs, and preferences. In addition to psychotherapy, I also conduct psychological assessments.
