Thank you for taking the time to put yourself and your wellbeing first. Even if you aren't sure that you deserve it, you do. No matter what is getting in your way (anxiety, depression, identity, family stress, etc.), we can work through it together. My approach focuses on the strengths that you already have (even if you can't see them yet!) with a little humor mixed in. I will challenge you, but at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
