I offer a warm, inviting, neutral and safe place for healing, empowerment, and growth, and I am passionate about helping others achieve personal goals.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor who creates an inviting and safe place for healing, empowerment, and growth. My strengths-based, trauma-informed approach encourages clients to freely express themselves while experiencing unconditional acceptance. I love helping people access their own personal strengths and let go of narratives that create shame, pain, and feelings of inadequacy. I believe we all deserve and are capable of living authentic and fulfilling lives, and I would be honored to support you in your journey towards personal growth and healing. During the 25+ years that I have been a counselor, I have developed a passion for working with people who have experienced challenges related to alcohol and drug abuse and addiction, behavioral addictions, the criminal justice system, the child welfare system, gender identity, and being LGBTQ+. I also love helping people with anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, bipolar disorder, ADHD, excessive anger, unresolved trauma, grief, PTSD, and many other mental health needs. I use a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). No matter your age or circumstance, I will work to develop an authentic therapeutic connection with you and support you in your journey of growth and healing!
