I offer a warm, inviting, neutral and safe place for healing, empowerment, and growth, and I am passionate about helping others achieve personal goals.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor who creates an inviting and safe place for healing, empowerment, and growth. My strengths-based, trauma-informed approach encourages clients to freely express themselves while experiencing unconditional acceptance. I love helping people access their own personal strengths and relinquish the narration that creates shame, pain, and feelings of inadequacy. I believe we all deserve and are capable of living authentic and fulfilling lives, and I would be honored to support you in your journey towards personal growth and healing. During the 25+ years that I have been a counselor, I have developed a passion for working with people who have experienced challenges related to substance abuse, the criminal justice system, the child welfare system, gender identity, and being LGBTQ+. I also love helping people with anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, bipolar disorder, ADHD, excessive anger, unresolved trauma, grief, PTSD, and many other mental health needs. I use a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). No matter your age or circumstance, I will work to develop an authentic therapeutic connection with you and support you in your journey of growth and healing.
