I love helping people along their journey and welcome the opportunity to see if we are a good match.

I am a licensed clinician with a Masters in Counselor Education from NCSU. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and families. I have extensive training in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and trauma. I use an eclectic treatment approach with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also trained in EMDR which is helpful when treating trauma. There is tremendous power in shifting beliefs and changing behavior to feel better and interact more successfully with others.
