Michelle Niehues

I am passionate about helping clients make sense of their inner challenges, relationships around them, and get a deeper understanding of the context of their life by connecting dots. I work with both individuals and couples! I approach clients with a down-to-earth approach that is realistic to finding what will work in your life. I balance our logical and emotional needs in the session, and I hope to give practical strategies while also taking a deeper dive into understanding our emotions and relational dynamics in our lives. With over 10 years of experience I have met with clients of varied experiences, and I hope to join you on your path. I do have more advanced experience and knowledge on couples work which includes communication, infidelity, pornography, intimacy, and conflict resolution. I also work with individuals to understand and work through difficult relationships in their lives. I enjoy helping clients make sense of their anger and anxiety, and finding ways to work through those tensions.
