Hi! My name is Dr. Michelle Lake. I am an Industrial Organizational Psychologist, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Counselors in Florida. I have over 15 years of experience conducting mental health counseling for children (8 years and older) and adults. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, depression due to fertility issues, grief, adoption issues, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, workplace stress, and relationship issues. I also specialize in Health Psychology issues such as treating depression and anxiety associated with chronic health issues like cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic pain, smoking cessation, etc. and Occupational Health such as employee wellness. I also have over 10 years of experience conducting consultations, mental health training, executive coaching, and organizational development. I have devoted my life to helping others make positive changes in their lives. We all face obstacles and sometimes feel like we do not have the strength to overcome these obstacles, but we are resilient like a phoenix rising through the ashes.
