Hi, I’m Dr. Michelle Lake, EdD, LMHC a licensed therapist and qualified supervisor with Plutonic and doctorate in Organizational Learning and Leadership.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Qualified Supervisor, with additional licensure experience in Maryland and Nevada. My background also includes work as an Industrial Organizational Psychologist, and I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resources. This combination allows me to support both personal and professional challenges with depth and perspective. As part of the Plutonic Therapy team, I work with teens and young adults who are navigating stress, life transitions, identity, relationships, and performance related pressures. My approach is grounded in evidence based care while remaining practical, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I focus on helping you better understand patterns, build resilience, and develop tools that create lasting change. I believe growth comes from both insight and action. Together, we will create a space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to move forward in a way that aligns with who you are and where you want to go.
