Hi, I’m Dr. Michelle Lake, EdD, LMHC a licensed therapist and qualified supervisor with Plutonic and doctorate in Organizational Learning and Leadership.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Qualified Supervisor, with additional licensure experience in Maryland and Nevada. I also bring the perspective of an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, holding a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resources. As part of the Plutonic therapist team, I’m passionate about helping clients tap into their inner resilience. I believe that while life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, every person carries the strength to grow, heal, and transform. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, I aim to help you discover that strength and create meaningful change in your life.
