Michelle Hill

Dr. Michelle Hill emphasizes a comprehensive strategy for mental health that balances the appropriate use of medication with the development of personalized coping skills. Based in Town and Country, Missouri, she is a board-certified psychiatrist who helps individuals navigate unique challenges by focusing on controllable factors to establish a positive way forward. Dr. Hill earned her medical degree from A.T. Still University – Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her psychiatric residency at Tripler Army Medical Center. Her clinical background includes eight years of honorable service in the U.S. Army, followed by extensive work in civilian inpatient and outpatient environments. Her practice is dedicated to treating adults aged 18 and older, with specialized expertise in supporting veterans and members of the LGBTQ community. Dr. Hill provides clinical care for various conditions, including ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, generalized anxiety disorders, and other mood disorders. In addition to general psychiatry, her interventions include mindfulness, medical procedure evaluations, and gender-affirmative medical readiness evaluations. She is an active member of the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling and attending theater and movies, particularly at local venues like the Fox and the Muny.
