Michelle Foy

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English), Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has extensive experience working with children and adults of all ages in various settings. I have a unique background in physical therapy which influences my specialty in neurobiological and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. I teach practical skills to manage anxiety and panic in a brief number of sessions. I also understand how trauma shapes lives and living at our best requires challenging traumas we have experienced. My focus in treatment is on providing a safe place and guidance to process and overcome what is holding us back from having emotionally regulated and fulfilled lives.
