I strive to provide an open, non-judgmental, safe and competent space for you.

The choice to seek help in navigating life's issues is a brave and vulnerable one. I admire and respect that choice. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe and connected.I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who just need a little "tune up", need long term assistance, or something in between. I use evidence based practices tailored to you to help work through your needs. I have a conversational style and like to develop goals together to enhance our work outside of sessions.
